Programme Structure
GovTech 2009 consists of three days of presentations and interactive
discussions focusing on the use of ICT to serve citizens better.
On the first day of the conference, the format comprises only plenary
sessions. On the 2nd and 3rd days of the conference, plenaries will take
place in the morning and afternoon, with proceedings on both days
structured into eight streams, namely:
